What the crap is with Aerith's arms in the first panel?! Oh, Cloud, what did you remember now?

Inspired by a game I watched some other people play at a summer camp.

Aerith: That's okay. Why don't we all go out together?

Tifa: Great!

Cloud: Um, I'm not finished!

Aerith: But wait, you said that you were going to do something else tonight but you forgot what it was.

Cloud: Yeah, I just can't remember...

Tifa: Don't worry about it. Let's go!

Aerith: Okay! Come on, Cloud!

Cloud: Hmm...

Lightbulb fx: BING!

Cloud: GASP!

Cloud thought bubble: HOLY CRAP! Now I remember! How am I supposed to explain this to them?
